Ingredients needed

  • 1 can (29 oz) pumpkin puree
  • 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs, room temperature
  • 3 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 box (15.25 oz) yellow or golden butter cake mix
  • 1 ½ cups chopped pecans, divided
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, sliced thinly
  • Fresh whip cream for serving, optional
  • Ice Cream for serving, optional

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray a 13×9 baking dish with cooking spray and coat with flour.
